Phaedra Cale
	Phaedra Cale was a member of a CIA division established in the 1950s to monitor superhuman activity. The US government had always been suspicious of the UK superhuman programme and had trained operatives to be able to kill superhumans if necessary. Phaedra was shot dead by Scott Wallace on February 8, 1988.
