Ruby was born in 1945 as part of Dr Peyne’s Tygers project. A superhuman
with electrokinetic powers, she was a member of Cloud 9 and was part of ‘The Plan’. She thought that she had lost her
superpowers after an illness in 1969. By 1987 she had become a high-profile magazine editor and she rediscovered her
superpowers in May 1987 while under attack from Masterman. By 1988 she was helping Black Flag in the fight against
the Lloigor when Spook taught her how to rejuvenate herself. In March 1989 she fought in Hotspur’s group in the
mission to Alternative 257. After the Lloigor had been stopped, Ruby formed ‘Horus’ with Lux, Spook,
DJ Chill and Domino. She also released a few hit singles and appeared on ‘Top of the
Pops’. In 1992 Horus took over the world and, ascending into the black sun, they became the Lloigor. |
