Siadwel Daffyd Rhys AKA Red Dragon
Siadwel was born in 1945 as part of Dr Peyne’s Tygers project. A superhuman with pyrokinetic powers and the strongest of all his fellow superhumans, he became a member of Cloud 9, although he was against ‘The Plan’. He thought that he had lost his superpowers after an illness in 1969. By 1987 he was the owner of Y Draig Goch, a pub in Llangenech, South Wales. Siadwel was killed by Masterman on May 18, 1987.
