London: May 8, 1987: Ruby Fox has disrupted the film set of Zenith’s latest music video. She tries to convince him to help her fight back against Masterman, but Zenith is unwilling to help - after all, he has photo shoots & TV appearances to consider. Ruby tells him how the Nazi plans to build an Aryan super race were designed to create physical vehicles for the Dark Gods so that they could manifest themselves on Earth. Eventually she bribes Zenith into helping by promising to tell him what really happened to his parents, who had disappeared in 1968.
Night, East end of London: Masterman has arrived and, after dispatching a WW2 veteran, declares that “the war has only just begun!”
