London: February 5, 1988: Phaedra Cale is trying to convince Zenith’s manager Eddie to let him come with her, which would interrupt the schedule Eddie has prepared. She says that she is part of a CIA division set up in the 1950s to monitor superhuman activity, and that they’ve become aware of “violations of the international superhuman test ban treaty”. She says they must go to Scotland to confront Peyne, whom she suspects is behind this. Zenith doesn’t seem bothered either way, but feels let down by his manager for not wearing a ‘Red Nose’ - for it is Comic Relief Day. As Zenith and Phaedra leave, two people are spotted watching them from outside the window of Eddie’s 17th floor office.
