London: July 4, 1992: Lux, Spook, Ruby and DJ Chill offer Peter another chance to join them. They cannot understand why he is opposed to ‘The Plan.’ Peter considers it to be ‘The Final Solution’ - “I’m all for ascending to paradise, David, but I’m not entirely convinced we have the right to kick away the ladder behind us.” Ruby senses they are hiding something from them, and finds Chimera. She does not know what it is, but suspecting it to be a weapon she destroys it. Peter tells them that he will have to stop them and Lux replies: “Yes. You’re welcome to try.”
