When policeman Alex Murphy is mortally wounded in the line of duty, his body is combined with that of a machine to create RoboCop ­ the future of law enforcement. Patrolling the corrupt and crime-ridden streets of Detroit, he must deal with urban warfare, industrial and political espionage, and corporate greed ­ while at the same time combating his own inner demons...
